13 Item whether did the said Susan tell you that the next night tell you that 2 of the said spirits appeared unto her, and that one of them asked her whether that she would one of them should go with them? And that she said no, she would not go with them that night, but the next morning she would go with them. And did not you then ask --- wh----- did not go with them, and she ?shoug----- again she was too much afraid to go by ?nig[ht] or no?

14 Item the next day following, did not the said Susan tell you that that day in the afternoon that the same day about between 12 and one of the clock, she heard a stamping in her loft over the hall, and she went up to see what it should be? And that the tall man did ask her whether she would go with him to Weeks Green, and whether she would go with him or alone? And that she should answer him, she would go alone, if she knew the way? And did not you direct her then the way to Weeks Green, and tell her by what token she should find or know the house?

15 Item after her return from Weeks Green, did not the said Susan send for you, and make relation unto you of her success, and what she had seen by the said spirits and apparitions that there appeared unto her? And what were the speeches she then used unto you? Declare the truth at large, and what answer you made unto her.

16 Item the next time that you and the said ------ had conference togethers, did not will ?or pray the said Susan to demand of her sprites or familiars when she should have some money of them? If yea, in what sort did you tell her you would employ the same? And did not the said Susan the next day following, tell you that she had asked the said sprites accordingly, and what answer did she tell you that they made unto her? Declare the truth therein at large.
