17 Item did not you the second time require her the said Susan to ask or demand of her spirits when you should have some money of them? And she told you she had accordingly made them acquainted therewith, and that they would give her no answer?
18 Item did not you require the said Susan to keep secret and not to reveal these apparition[s] ----speeches with the spirits to an------ ?
19 Item did not you at any time give money ------ husband of the said Susan to lodge out of his house for a fortnight, to the intent that the spirits might have more familiar access unto the said Susan, yea or no? And what money did you give him?
20 Item have not you been in the house of the said Swapper with the said Susan when the familiars or spirits have spoken one to the other and made a noise, yea or no? If yea, were you not afraid thereof?
21 Item did not you ever tell the said Susan that you had seen ?80 or 100 spirits of them at one time, naming of them by the name of fairies?
22 Item did not the said Susan tell you that one spirit in the likeness of a woman great with child did appear unto her in the day time, and did wish for apples, and did not you deliver unto her three apples to give unto the woman? And what did she tell you the woman did with them?
23 Item did not the said Susan afterwards tell you to----th was tallest of the men named Richard did ------ her, and willed her to go unto you by the name of young Anne Bennett and demand of you a raw piece of powder beef, and did not you give her a piece of beef to deliver unto him, yea or no? And have have you not divers times given unto the said Susan water and once bread for the said spirits? Declare the truth herein.
