27 To the xxviith she sayeth that before or in Master Hamon’s sickness she did never say any such words of Master Hamon as is mentioned in that interrogatory, or did use any such speeches.

28 To the xxviiith she sayeth she never gave roses or gillyflowers to her said son to any such intent as is mentioned in that interrogatory, neither did she ever bid Swapper’s wife carry the said child to any spirits, nor doth know of any such matter or things as is contained in that interrogatory.

29 To the xxixth she sayeth she doth not know of any thing nor can speak or answer unto anything contained in that interrogatory.

30 To the xxxth she sayeth that she did send Thomas Harris his wife to get her a piece of fresh beef, for that her daughter in her sickness did long to eat of a piece of fresh beef. And the said Thomas Harris his wife did go unto her sister Anthony Harris his wife, and did get a piece of fresh beef of her, and did bring the same to this examinate, and when this examinate had the same, she did powder the same two or three ?h---e  did set the same on the fire, and made porridge of it, and so she gave her of the porridge, but she eat very little of it, for that she was very sick and weak, but how long the child lived after it she doth not remember.

31 To the xxxith she sayeth that she did never say any such words as is mentioned in that interrogatory, neither did she ever use any such speeches.
